It's troubling to see how many students these days have absolutely zero school pride. They don't feel about their institute, they don't engage in activities, and they just seem apathetic. It's like they've disregarded what it means to be part of a team and support their fellow students. This lack of passion is detrimental to the entire school atmosphere.

Man, this cap just won't cooperate! I'm struggling to adjust it, but it still feels awkward. Maybe my head is too big. I guess it goes to show you that sometimes fit just right.

This Isn't My Old School
When I see the words "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't spark feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a unfamiliar concept. Maybe because my time there were so different, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to reflect. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't have the same significance for me as it does for others.
It's not that I haven't appreciated my time at school. It was a time of learning, just not one that resonates in the way many people describe.

The world doesn't accept that I bleed a different color. They glare with fear as I reveal the reality of my nature. My blood is a representation of {somethingdifferent that they can't imagine. They categorize me as other, but I am simply unique.
School Spirit? Never Heard Of Her
Seriously, school/the whole idea of/that thing they call "school spirit/spirit week/pep rallies" is about as appealing/relevant/interesting to me as a moldy sandwich/root canal/trip to the dentist. I'd rather be practicing my guitar/reading a good book/taking a nap than wearing my school colors and chanting slogans. I value knowledge, not glorified cheering.
- My teachers/My friends/Even my family all think I'm weird/missing out/crazy, but whatever. Their spirit fingers are weak.

Craving That Deliciousness
Let's be real, sometimes gathering/ chilling/hanging out with people/ friends/squad is all about the spread/ feast/ bounty! I mean, who can resist a good platter/ selection/ assortment of tasty treats/ goodies/ munchies? It's like a buffet/ an oasis/ the promised land of deliciousness/ yumminess/ pure snacking heaven. Give me cookies any day! I totally prioritize/live for/am here for those snacks/ goodies/ bites that make a gathering/ hangout/ party truly unforgettable.
